THE TOP 5 CBD MISCONCEPTIONS

1) CBD gets you high…

 False!

CBD does not get you high! Please wipe this myth right out of your brain! CBD is not psycho active. It has no effect on your brain to make you feel the “high” effect that is normally associated with Marijuana.

 2) CBD shows up on a drug test…

 False!

It is highly unlikely CBD will show up on your drug test. The average drug test screens for cannabis. This actually means the test is looking for the existence of THC metabolites, not CBD. This means it is 100% safe to consume CBD and go to work…

 3) CBD is CBD… in other words, All CBD is the Same!

 False!

This is the major gap in the market and education barrier that gives some CBD products a bad name. All CBD is not the same. There is major difference, the biggest being that there are two main forms of CBD.

Isolate CBD and Full Spectrum CBD.

Isolate CBD summed up is just the CBD molecule. This means they are only extracting the CBD molecule from the hemp plant with out extracting any other cannabinoids from the plant.

Full Spectrum CBD summed up is a variety of different cannabinoids from the hemp plant (Not including THC) however from studies done, Full Spectrum CBD has a vast amount of benefits over Isolate CBD. The biggest benefit being Full Spectrum can be absorbed into your body easier and faster. To get a deeper understanding of Full Sectrum CBD vs. Isolate CBD please refer to our other blog, “A Deeper Understanding of CBD and How it Can Help Cure Insomnia.“

Always make sure to check your products for what form of CBD they are using. Over 70% of the products on the market are “placebo products” meaning most likely they are using Isolate CBD, which just cannot properly absorb into the body like the products are saying. We are not saying every isolate CBD product is not effective by this statement. We have tested some products using nano isolate CBD which is highly effective in absorbing into the body quickly.

4) CBD is the Good Molecule and THC is the Bad Molecule.

False!

Both THC and CBD have benefits! There has been studies done that actually show CBD counteracts the negative effects of THC so when properly used together they can fight certain disorders and diseases very effectively!

5) High doses of CBD are more beneficial than low doses of CBD…

False!

This just falls along the lines of; a substance will react to each person differently. So if you are not a cannabis user and have not ever used CBD, lower dosages will be more effective on you then they would be to a regular CBD user or Cannabis user.
